Thanks for purchasing a product from Four Winds.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 10-14 business days for a refund to appear on your statement.

If the product is damaged in any way or more than 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Trailer returns are subject to a $100 dollar paperwork processing fee.

This return policy does not apply to storage sheds. Storage shed returns will be at the discretion of the building or RTO company from which you purchased the shed.
